Green Smoothie with Strawberries, Oranges & Bananas

I love juicing and making smoothies, especially for early mornings and for mid day pick me ups. For those of you who usually don’t like to eat breakfast on early mornings making a smoothie will be perfect for you. Below I have a easy recipe for a delicious juice that just about anyone will like. I feel like this a easy and delicious beginners smoothie for those of you who are new to using greens in your smoothies.

Green Smoothie Recipe

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes

Yield: 2 servings


  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 orange, chopped
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt


  • Combine the strawberries, orange, banana, spinach, Greek yogurt and 1 cup ice in blender until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
